Summary: My word for the hotel would be `soulless: masses of people in too little space for them all. All dimensions to small. Breakfast dismal: a basket with three slices of bread and a plate with two strips of some kind of cheese. No one speaking either German or English that I could easily follow-- and in any case, if I want staff speaking broken English I can stay at home here in Cambridge
